

About the Course
The HRM and Safety Training Program is an in-depth management course developed to instruct supervisors on their responsibilities for fostering and maintaining a safe, productive workplace. The curriculum comprehensively covers essential human resource requirements, including the "General Duty" clause, OSHA compliance, applicable HR laws and regulations, as well as methodologies for implementing effective HR and safety programs. Key legislative topics such as EEO, DOL, and FLSA are addressed. Each session is customized to reflect the client's specific work environment and integrates case studies, interactive exercises, group discussions, and formal lectures.
The occupational health and safety segment equips managers with the skills necessary to recognize and address employee health and safety issues effectively. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of OSHA and other industry-relevant safety standards. The training encompasses critical topics such as personal protective equipment (PPE), hazardous materials (HAZMAT), hazard communication (HAZCOM), safety training obligations, and establishing a secure work environment.
