About the Course
This one-day training program provides management with a thorough understanding of HR and occupational safety. The curriculum covers essential human resource requirements including applicable laws, employee documentation, investigations, and handling disciplinary issues. The training also reviews methodologies for implementing effective programs and building a strong safety culture. The safety segment equips managers with the skills necessary to recognize and address employee safety issues. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of OSHA and other industry-relevant safety standards. The training encompasses topics such as personal protective equipment (PPE), hazardous materials (HAZMAT), hazard communication (HAZCOM), safety training obligations, and establishing a secure work environment.
