Did you know there were different types of violence?

Workplace violence is often perpetrated by customers, patients, guests, or others that we serve however, there are other types of violence that you need to be aware of. Domestic partners, hostile managers or co-workers, strangers, or even a terrorist attack may all pose a threat to your organization. You and your employees must understand where a potential risk may come from and how to handle it. Not all types of violence can be managed the same way.
